True Link Card

When you use the TrueLink debit card, please submit a receipt that clearly shows: the date of purchase, the vendor name, the item or service purchased, and the exact amount charged. Upload or email the digital or scanned receipt with the transaction number (if available) so we can match it to the card payment.

Other Receipts

All Other Funding Options

For all other funding methods — including bank ACH transfers, paper checks, bank transfers or other non-card payments — please submit a receipt or proof of payment showing: the date the funds were paid, the payee/vendor, description of the item or service, the amount, and the funding method used (for example: “ACH to Vendor X”). Attach the bank transfer confirmation, cleared check copy or other verification along with the invoice or receipt so we can link it to the trust/estate account.
